What are your shipping and delivery options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping on all orders. For larger furniture items, we provide a specialized white-glove delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and various 'Buy Now, Pay Later' financing options to make your home furnishing experience more accessible.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Mobexpert products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase, and our standard return policy will apply.
